Think before you type out something like that. What are you thinking, there's no way I could afford a 600 dollar console plus a 250 dollar one. I've had my 360 for a year now, and why would I buy a PS3 that doesn't offer me any worthwhile...

well yah sphinx, it's nintendo. They actually want to survive this round. They're a dying company and are kind of desperate, console wise. That's why this comment shouldn't have been said, because it only gives them bad PR at the 250 price point. For stock holders it's good though, however I don't like to hear companies "happy thought" analysts who's purpose is to please stock holders and keep them investing. You see that alot in Sony analysts.

I think Blu-ray or HD-DVD players at 600-1000, are no threat to DVD and upscaled DVD.

considering zelda is sequel it's fairly doubtful, but still possible. In my opinion Gears deserves it because of its innovation and best graphics of this year.
it's not better than any 360 launch game. COD2 was better when compared for launch titles. Just look at the reviews. ROFM is getting 88% on average and COD2 was getting low 9s.
Well this shows that it's gonna take years for PS3 to drop it's price. Sure they'll bundle probably late 2007, but with a 500-600 price it'll pretty much be the same.
And with the 360, it'll have a price drop early 2007. I have no idea how much, probably 50 on each unit to match the Wii's price. I think it's obvious why a 360 price drop isn't smart before christmas anyways. Also 400 bucks is very expensive by the way for normal consumers.
haha interesting idea, never thought of that. However more consoles sold would trick developers into believing sony's console base is bigger than actual, so more exclusives and ports. So it wouldn't really work.

PC gaming has been dying the last couple years, because costs of video cards and multicore processors have be quite expensive. First you'd have to buy a dual or quad sli which would run you at least 700, than the rest for another 700 or so.
People have learned it's not worth it and that's why it's been in decline. Cause having small incrimental upgrades to render a few more frame rates drains your pockets like nothing else.
